The Higher SGPS Group, owner of Vector Mais, Making Place and Bamer, has just sold its majority shareholding position in CityMover, which will be owned by its co-founder Pedro Silva and the new shareholder António Pereira.

Founded in 2009, CityMover is a logistic operator that provides logistic, moving and storage services, as well as document and technology management.

According to Higher SGPS management, this sale is related to the Group's growing need to focus on its core business: Design & Build through Vector Mais and Making Place, and investing in the industry sector with the creation of new business areas and the internationalization of Bamer.

Despite this transaction, the successful relationship between the Higher SGPS Group and the logistics company will continue through the contracting of CityMover services by Vector Mais, Making Place and Bamer. This synergy will be particularly felt in the storage, transport and assembly of furniture, as well as in the logistics operation related to all the import and export carried out by the Group.
