Tessera & Westbond
In interior design projects, architecture and furniture are prominent factors, however the flooring is also an essential element for the realization of a differentiating project. Forbo’s carpet tiles have been one of the most used solutions in Vector Mais’ projects, combining design, durability and sustainability.
Recognized for their aesthetic style, ease of installation (and replacement) and excellent performance in heavy traffic situations, the Tessera and Westbond carpets have different patterns and colors, ideal for applying in office and hotel projects, among others.
With a high percentage of recycled content (more than 50%), Tessera offers attractive and hardwearing tufted carpet tiles in various pile constructions and textures, designed to deliver specific aesthetic and performance benefits.
Equally sustainable (with more than 70% of recycled material), Westbond tiles are fusion bonded, which is a a sophisticated method of carpet tile manufacture where individual yarn pile is bonded onto the backing material to make an extremely dense and luxurious product. Each tuft is individual and a high proportion of the yarn is in the wear surface providing a beautiful, rich, velour carpet tile which gives an excellent broadloom appearance.
