General Contractor: Vector Mais
Project: Vector Mais
Size: 300 m²
Location: Lisbon

Founded in 2015, Avenue is a benchmark in the Portuguese real estate market in the development and management of residential and office projects. Being responsible for iconic projects such as 266 Liberdade or the EXEO Office Campus, the real estate developer has a special focus in urban rehabilitation and regeneration, developing projects in iconic buildings and properties in privileged areas.

As such, moving their office to one of the prime areas of Lisbon, Chiado, fits perfectly with the spirit of Avenue. Design and built by Vector Mais, the new headquarters reflects the promoter's strong commitment to quality and transparency. Through a careful approach, Vector Mais developed a welcoming and comfortable space for Avenue employees, partners and customers. In addition to the construction and supply of partitions and carpentry, Vector Mais' work also covered the choice of all materials, furniture and signage design.

How important is the move to this new office?
Our office move was not merely functional. Its main objective was to be a tool for communication and inspiration in the organizational culture. The space communicates a message to Employees and also to Customers about what to expect from the company. On the other hand, the optimization of the layout aimed to maximize the flexibility, productivity and creativity of employees, without forgetting comfort and well-being, essential factors in any organization that focuses on People.

How do you evaluate the work of Vector Mais throughout the process?
Vector Mais developed a turnkey project, listening and focusing on the needs of its Client. They designed a totally personalized space suitable for the organization and the teams, showing that the important thing is not to create just one more space, but an office that reflects the values of the organization. Both the project and the building work were carried out with the quality that characterizes Vector Mais and within the deadlines established by Avenue.

Which elements did you like the most in the space?
Avenue chose a very interesting space, which captivated me on the first visit: two floors where natural light abounds, very high ceilings, windows that open to glimpse the Tagus River, a garden or to hear the water running in a fountain. The natural atmosphere of the space could not be more pleasant and, in the development of the project, all these elements were considered and integrated.

What are the highlights of the project?
After the space was molded to the client's needs, it was decided to use a warm color on the ceiling, walls, and carpet. The natural oak wood partitions and black accents, elegantly complement this office, characterized by a comfortable, welcoming and stimulating environment. Avenue challenges us to each project and, together with the artworks and mural painting, the signage development was the final complement, which punctuated the space with the sense of humor that accompanies it.
