Renovated by Vector Mais, the Niña Building has achieved the BREEAM certification at the Very Good level, reinforcing the project’s position as a benchmark for sustainability and efficiency in the real estate sector.

Vector Mais recently supplied the Frame shelving system by the Italian brand Fantin for one of its most significant office projects in Lisbon. In the Office and Interior Design categories, the BNP Paribas Hub project stands out — a landmark intervention located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, occupying part of the EXEO Office Campus complex.

Fidelidade’s new headquarters, with approximately 39,000 m², is rapidly approaching completion. Designed by the architectural studios Gensler and Promontório, Vector Mais is responsible for the interior fit-out, delivering functional, modern spaces executed with excellence in every detail. The Cloudflare office, built by Vector Mais and designed by the studios Openbook and Gensler, was featured on SIC Notícias’ Expresso Imobiliário programme.
