Vector Mais participated in the XIII edition of the Civil Engineering Days at the Instituto Superior Técnico, taking part for the first time in one of the main events connecting the academic world with the civil engineering sector in Portugal.

The 28th edition of the National Real Estate Award – Best Development of the Year 2026, organized by Magazine Imobiliário, once again recorded exceptional market interest, receiving a record 92 entries across several categories, resulting in 50 finalists. In the Office and Interior Design categories, the BNP Paribas Hub project stands out — a landmark intervention located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, occupying part of the EXEO Office Campus complex.

Fidelidade’s new headquarters, with approximately 39,000 m², is rapidly approaching completion. Designed by the architectural studios Gensler and Promontório, Vector Mais is responsible for the interior fit-out, delivering functional, modern spaces executed with excellence in every detail. This project stands out not only for its impressive scale, but also for its strong focus on quality, innovation and comfort, reflecting Fidelidade’s vision for a benchmark corporate environment.

As we approach the end of a truly remarkable year, we are delighted to share some of our achievements and most memorable moments from 2025. Offices have changed more in the past five years than in the previous two decades. The pandemic, hybrid work, evolving employee expectations, a focus on wellbeing, and sustainability are now central factors in how we design workspaces. More than ever, and as the trends for 2026 shaping the future of offices highlight, people remain the most important element—but not the only one.

At the close of a particularly significant year for Vector Mais — marked by the launch and completion of some of the most important projects in our history — we brought our entire team together to celebrate in an atmosphere of camaraderie.

It’s an honor to announce that Cloudflare’s workspace has won the Best Interior Architecture Project – Office Category at the Expresso/SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards 2025.

Next week, on November 5th, 2025, the Expresso/SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards will be presented, and Vector Mais is proud to have two projects shortlisted in the Interior Architecture – Offices category: the Cloudflare workspace (a joint submission with Openbook and Gensler) and the Miranda headquarters (a joint submission with CBRE), both located in Lisbon.

The new Veleta modular sofa, designed by Pearson Lloyd for esPattio, exemplifies how to blend comfort, aesthetics, and flexibility into one cohesive system.

In today’s offices, furniture does more than fill the space – it shapes how people experience their workday. Comfort, functionality, and style are key when selecting pieces that truly bring a space to life. This was precisely the case with Períptero’s Lisbon office, designed and built by Vector Mais.

In modern offices, having versatile furniture that serves multiple functions is essential. The new Dimmer tables by Forma 5 are specifically designed for collaborative spaces and easily adapt to various situations, whether for individual work, meetings, or brainstorming sessions.

Enhancing productivity and reducing noise in open-plan offices was the starting point for Framery's development of its soundproof pods. Designed to provide privacy without losing connection to the surrounding space, these solutions are available in models for one person or in larger versions that can accommodate up to six users.

The selection of furniture for Vector Mais projects is always a meticulous process, conducted in collaboration with the studio that designed the project. This was true for Miranda's new office, where we worked closely with CBRE’s architecture team to choose furniture that aligned with the interior design concept and enhanced the overall experience of the space.
