The 28th edition of the National Real Estate Award – Best Development of the Year 2026, organized by Magazine Imobiliário, once again recorded exceptional market interest, receiving a record 92 entries across several categories, resulting in 50 finalists. In the Office and Interior Design categories, the BNP Paribas Hub project stands out — a landmark intervention located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, occupying part of the EXEO Office Campus complex.
Vector Mais responsible for the fit-out of Fidelidade’s new headquarters
Fidelidade’s new headquarters, with approximately 39,000 m², is rapidly approaching completion. Designed by the architectural studios Gensler and Promontório, Vector Mais is responsible for the interior fit-out, delivering functional, modern spaces executed with excellence in every detail. This project stands out not only for its impressive scale, but also for its strong focus on quality, innovation and comfort, reflecting Fidelidade’s vision for a benchmark corporate environment.
Cloudflare on Expresso Imobiliário
The Cloudflare office, built by Vector Mais and designed by the studios Openbook and Gensler, was featured on SIC Notícias’ Expresso Imobiliário programme.
Winner of the Best Interior Architecture Project – Offices award, the space combines “functionality, a diversity of typologies and a strong sensory component, designed both for individual focus and collaboration,” as stated by Paulo Jervell, partner at Openbook Group.

Framery’s Soundproof Pods
Enhancing productivity and reducing noise in open-plan offices was the starting point for Framery's development of its soundproof pods. Designed to provide privacy without losing connection to the surrounding space, these solutions are available in models for one person or in larger versions that can accommodate up to six users.

The selection of furniture for Vector Mais projects is always a meticulous process, conducted in collaboration with the studio that designed the project. This was true for Miranda's new office, where we worked closely with CBRE’s architecture team to choose furniture that aligned with the interior design concept and enhanced the overall experience of the space.
