Vector Mais – Projectos e Obras de Interiores, S.A. develops all its activities with a focus on satisfying the expectations of the interested parties, with total respect for the social and environmental surroundings and focus on the quality of the service provided.
The management are engaged and committed to the organisation's sustainable growth, with the definition of objectives that allow continuous improvement of the integrated management system and the performance of Vector Mais, based on the principles presented in this document.
Vendor Evaluation
As a requirement of ISO 9001:2015, Vector Mais carries out a performance assessment of all suppliers and service providers that have an impact on the quality of the service provided.
The assessment of suppliers is carried out annually. Suppliers assigned to Vector Mais works are evaluated at the end of each work, considering the average result of all the works that participated. The criteria and weighting to be considered for each scope of supply can be seen here.
