FidExperience, the new agency concept by Fidelidade, embodies an innovative approach to the insurer’s spaces, where the physical environment and digital components are combined to deliver a closer, more engaging, and distinctive experience. The intervention — comprising construction, project execution, and furniture supplied by Vector Mais — fully transformed the two existing floors into a contemporary, flexible space designed to foster interaction with clients and the wider community.

On the ground floor, the intervention focused on creating a fluid, bright, and intuitive environment, conceived to welcome and guide users throughout their journey. The customer service area stands out, defined by bespoke joinery and continuous curved bench seating that introduce both dynamism and comfort. A circular workspace acts as the central element, enhanced by a mirrored sculpture that amplifies spatial perception and contributes to a more immersive experience. Meeting rooms, enclosed by timber partitions, ensure privacy while maintaining transparency and visual continuity across the space.

On the basement level, conceived as a versatile extension of the agency, Vector Mais shaped a space dedicated to events, content creation, and interaction. Organized into four distinct settings—a small-scale auditorium, a multifunctional room, a fully equipped work and podcast recording area, and a support kitchen, this floor reinforces the experiential and community-driven dimension of FidExperience, enabling the hosting of diverse initiatives with a strong digital and participatory component.

The result is a space that goes beyond the traditional agency model, becoming a physical and technological platform where architecture, construction, and experience align to reflect Fidelidade’s values and respond to evolving user expectations.
