Neopark stands out as one of the most iconic office buildings in Carnaxide, recently refurbished by Vector Mais through an intervention that strengthens its identity and overall value. The project focused on the building’s common areas, including the complete renovation of the lobby and the landings across all four floors, giving them a more contemporary and welcoming appearance.

Designed by the Saraiva + Associados studio, the project transformed the building’s interior experience, enhancing the quality of the spaces and the way they are used by occupants. Key features include natural and lacquered wood finishes applied to ceilings and walls, bespoke carpentry elements — such as the mailboxes and reception desk — and the introduction of new ceramic flooring, reinforcing the project’s elegance, durability, and distinctive character.
