Last Friday, Vector Mais brought its entire team together at Lagoas Park for the 2026 kick-off — a moment designed to reflect, align, and reinforce what drives us as an organisation.

The meeting began with a review of 2025, a year marked by demanding projects, tight deadlines, and complex contexts. Above all, it was an opportunity to acknowledge the collective effort and professionalism of the entire team, whose dedication made it possible to overcome challenges and deliver high-quality projects. This recognition was a central part of the session, highlighting the importance of each individual’s contribution to our overall results.

Looking ahead, we set the challenge for 2026 with the same ambition and high standards that define us. We remain committed to delivering some of the largest and most significant office projects in Lisbon and Porto, fully aware of the technical and human responsibility that such challenges entail.

Beyond projects and numbers, this kick-off also served to celebrate the identity of Vector Mais. The spirit of commitment, collaboration, and mutual support that defines our team was evident throughout the day, reinforcing what makes us unique in the sector.

The day concluded with a lively dinner, where camaraderie and good humour took centre stage — an informal close to a meeting that strengthened relationships, aligned goals, and set the tone for the year ahead.
