A hot desking area is a flexible workspace where seats are not assigned to a specific employee. With the change in the office's configuration, which increasingly welcomes team members who divide their time inside and outside company facilities, hot desking areas are essential because they offer versatility and a comfortable environment for these employees.
In the Proman office project in Lisbon, the Vector Mais architectural team designed these spaces to be a refuge where it was quick and practical to start work but also had privacy and acoustic quality. How did we do this? We created custom-made tables (and asked BAMER Portugal to produce them) and then added AK felt acoustic dividers from De Vorm and some chairs that were easy for any user to adjust.
