BNP Paribas Hub is a finalist at the National Real Estate Award
The 28th edition of the National Real Estate Award – Best Development of the Year 2026, organized by Magazine Imobiliário, once again recorded exceptional market interest, receiving a record 92 entries across several categories, resulting in 50 finalists. In the Office and Interior Design categories, the BNP Paribas Hub project stands out — a landmark intervention located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, occupying part of the EXEO Office Campus complex.
Concept and Strategy of the BNP Paribas Hub
With interior architecture by the studio Openbook and partially built by Vector Mais, the BNP Paribas Hub is the result of an in-depth workplace design study. It embodies a flexible workspace concept that balances collaborative areas with spaces dedicated to focus and concentration. The spatial design was carefully conceived to modulate daily rhythms, enhance circulation, and respond to the dynamic needs of a modern corporate environment, creating a workplace that supports both productivity and wellbeing.
Vector Mais’ Contribution to the Fit-Out
Vector Mais played a key role in delivering the interior works, leading the full fit-out of the Aura building and three areas within Lumnia, totaling over 13,500 sqm that bring the project vision to life. Acting as general contractor, our team executed all phases of the interior construction process — from technical implementation to final finishes and the integration of comfort, environmental and ergonomic solutions. The fit-out included infrastructure installation, coordination of technical systems, and the delivery of fully functional office areas aligned with the project’s strategic vision.
Participation in this project reinforces our expertise in delivering large-scale office developments, further establishing Vector Mais as a trusted partner for both national and international clients.
