Cloudflare on Expresso Imobiliário

The Cloudflare office in Lisbon was featured on SIC Notícias' television programme Expresso Imobiliário, reinforcing its position as a benchmark in the field of corporate interior architecture in Portugal.

Built by Vector Mais and designed by Openbook and Gensler, the space was awarded Best Interior Architecture Project – Offices at the 2025 Expresso/SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards, a distinction that highlights both the conceptual strength of the project and the excellence of its execution.

The project stands out for the way it responds to the evolving dynamics of contemporary work, integrating a range of spatial typologies that support both individual focus and team collaboration. As Paulo Jervell, partner at Openbook, noted during the programme, it is a "functional office, with highly diverse typologies and a strong sensory component, evident in the materiality and in the environments designed for either individual use or collaborative work."

Materiality plays a central role in the spatial experience, contributing to an inspiring, comfortable environment aligned with Cloudflare's culture. The diversity of settings—from open and informal areas to more private zones—promotes flexibility and well-being, reflecting a people-centred approach to how workspaces support the way teams work and interact.

The feature on Expresso Imobiliário further consolidates the impact of this project, not only as a workplace, but also as an example of how interior architecture can translate corporate values, brand identity and innovation within a leading television platform for Portugal's real estate and construction sectors.
