Over several days of activities, we had the opportunity to share our experience in construction, architecture, and fit-out, reinforcing the importance of connecting the industry with future engineering professionals.
Vector Mais’ participation included the presence of Pedro Santos, Production Director, who represented the company in various program moments, including the Opening Session, the debate “Meet the Bosses”, the conference “Vector Mais’ Journey: Different Areas of Intervention in Engineering”, and the panel “Sustainability in Civil Engineering: from Discourse to Practice”, where challenges and trends shaping the future of the sector were discussed.

Jornadas de Civil
During the Career Fair, held on March 4th and 5th, the Vector Mais team also had the opportunity to meet dozens of students, present the work developed by the company, and share perspectives on career opportunities and the challenges of the construction sector.
The participation concluded with a technical visit to a Vector Mais project, where a group of students from Instituto Superior Técnico could closely observe a project under execution. The visit, guided by Pedro Santos, demonstrated on-site how planning, coordination, and teamwork are essential to ensure the success of a project.
Meet the Bosses
Vector Mais thanks all the students who visited our stand, participated in the sessions, and joined the technical visit, contributing to moments of sharing and learning.
A special thank you also goes to the Vector Mais team who made this participation possible and represented the company throughout the event. We continue to believe that the future of civil engineering is built through talent, collaboration, and the connection between academia and professional practice.
