BNP Paribas inaugurates new hub in Lisbon: a project shaping the future of work
The inauguration of the new BNP Paribas Hub in Parque das Nações marks an important milestone for the group in Portugal. The new space brings together thousands of employees in an environment designed to foster collaboration, flexibility, innovation and well-being. Located within the EXEO Office Campus, the hub was developed to support the organisation’s continued growth and strengthen BNP Paribas’ presence in the country.
Vector Mais played a central role in bringing this vision to life, taking responsibility for the complete fit-out of the Aura building and three areas within the Lumnia building, in a project covering more than 16,000 sqm. As the main contractor, we coordinated every stage of the interior construction process, from technical implementation and specialist trades coordination to the final finishes, ensuring that every space met the high standards of quality defined for the project.
Developed from the interior architecture concept created by Openbook and with project management by DDN, the BNP Paribas Hub reflects a new approach to the workplace. The layout was designed to balance collaborative areas and focused workspaces, creating environments capable of supporting the different ways of working that characterise modern organisations.
The scale and complexity of this project demanded strong coordination and execution capabilities. Vector Mais’ experience in delivering large-scale projects was instrumental in ensuring deadlines were met, infrastructure systems were successfully integrated and the quality of the finishes was maintained throughout, helping transform an ambitious architectural vision into a fully functional space prepared for future challenges.
Today, the BNP Paribas Hub stands as a benchmark in Portugal’s office market, recognised for its quality, efficiency and sustainability. The project has also achieved LEED Platinum certification, one of the highest international standards for sustainable buildings. For Vector Mais, participation in this project reinforces our expertise in delivering complex and innovative workplaces designed around the needs of organisations and their people.
Throughout the project, our commitment was to ensure that the client’s vision was translated into a space capable of supporting BNP Paribas’ growth in Portugal while providing an outstanding workplace experience for its employees.
