Penha Longa Resort: Three MICHELIN Keys
Located within the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Penha Longa Resort occupies an estate of significant historical value, defined by its former monastery and its relationship with the surrounding landscape.
As part of the hotel’s refurbishment, Vector Mais was responsible for renovating 187 rooms and suites, marking the property’s 30th anniversary. Designed by London-based interior design studio Goddard Littlefair, the project included the renewal of finishes and technical installations, the restoration of original bathroom stonework and the integration of new bespoke joinery.
Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon: Two MICHELIN Keys
Opened in 1959, Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon is a landmark of luxury hospitality in Lisbon. Its renovation required a careful approach to the building’s original identity, preserving the classic character of its interiors while adapting them to contemporary needs.
Vector Mais carried out the renovation of all 282 guest rooms, based on an interior design project by Oitoemponto. The company also took part in the refurbishment of the pool bar, designed by Openbook. This intervention restored the building’s original circular structure, combining materials such as marble, ceramic tiles and exposed concrete in a timeless design.
The five MICHELIN Keys awarded to these two properties recognise the quality of the hospitality experiences they offer. For Vector Mais, these projects demonstrate the importance of rigorous execution and close collaboration between teams in renewing landmark spaces, respecting their history and ensuring their continued relevance.
