Vector Mais Projects Finalists at the Expresso/SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards

Next week, on November 5th, 2025, the Expresso/SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards will be presented, and Vector Mais is proud to have two projects shortlisted in the Interior Architecture – Offices category: the Cloudflare workspace (a joint submission with Openbook and Gensler) and the Miranda headquarters (a joint submission with CBRE), both located in Lisbon.

These nominations recognize the continuous work of Vector Mais and its team in the construction sector, particularly in the office segment, where we have brought to life some of the most noteworthy projects in Portugal.

Miranda’s HQ

Miranda
Founded in 1987, Miranda is one of Portugal's leading law firms. After several years in Amoreiras, the firm decided to relocate to one of Lisbon's most modern office buildings, Allo, located in Alcântara. To bring its new workspace to life, Miranda partnered with Vector Mais, which was responsible for the fit-out and furniture supply, and with CBRE, which led the architectural design.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare
Located in the Allo building, Cloudflare’s office was designed by Openbook and Gensler and built by Vector Mais. It perfectly balances shared spaces that encourage collaboration with open-plan work areas, focus zones, and collaboration rooms. Materials and colors are significant throughout the interior, featuring tiles, terracotta bricks, wood, and a vibrant palette of coral, yellow, blue, and green tones. These design choices, along with exposed white-painted ceilings, enhance the space's brightness and capitalize on the unique views of the nearby bridge and the Tagus River.
