Vector Mais reinforces commitment to sustainability

Vector Mais recently received ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, demonstrating its commitment to protecting the environment and the health and safety of all of the company's daily actions. These certifications join the quality certification ISO 9001, improving Vector Mais' ESG management processes and policies.

At a time when it is essential to think of construction as a precursor to change and reducing the sector's impact on climate change, Vector Mais sees ISO 14001 certification as a means of deepening a path that the company has long started in all construction projects.

"Vector Mais will continue its commitment to innovation in construction, with a special focus on sustainability and ESG policies. Environmental responsibility is essential for customers and investors when they move forward with a project. Vector Mais intends to meet these expectations, assuming a clear commitment to the environment in all its daily actions, whether in the choice of methods and materials for construction, waste management or choosing partners," says Duarte Aires, CEO of Vector Mais.

Applying the ISO 14001 standard translates into actions such as the rational use of energy and resources, the separation of waste in building sites, the choice of constructive processes with less impact on the environment or the selection of materials and solutions that are more durable and sustainably produced.
