Refurbished by Vector Mais, Niña Building reflects a project developed with a strong focus on construction quality, operational efficiency, and the integration of solutions aligned with high environmental standards. This certification recognises the commitment shared by all teams involved in creating a more sustainable building, prepared to meet the current and future demands of modern workspaces.

Throughout the project, Vector Mais played a key role in achieving the objectives defined for the development, ensuring a rigorous execution process fully aligned with the criteria required for BREEAM certification. The result is a building that combines technical performance, comfort, and environmental responsibility. This achievement also reflects the collaborative work carried out by CBRE’s project management teams, specialised partners, and the client, BPI Imofomento, in a process driven by cooperation and a shared vision to create a real estate asset with strong sustainability credentials.
