Furniture as an Extension of the FidExperience Journey

In the creation of physical spaces, every detail contributes to the brand narrative. In the FidExperience project, built by Vector Mais, furniture plays a central role. The selection of pieces was designed to materialize a concept of proximity, comfort, and innovation, values intrinsic to the Fidelidade experience, resulting in a fluid, contemporary, and welcoming environment.

Material Coherence and Visual Language

One of the key elements of this project is the visual and sensory consistency of the space. The selection of finishes, textures, and tones follows an integrated logic, ensuring harmony between different elements and reinforcing the identity of the environment.

This approach creates a continuous and balanced experience, where each piece contributes to a cohesive whole, combining sophistication, comfort, and durability without compromising functionality.

Spaces Designed for Different Moments

The FidExperience space is organized into distinct functional zones, designed to support different types of interaction and experience:

Customer Service Area
This area integrates reception, customer service, sales, and meeting spaces into a cohesive and versatile environment. Pieces such as Hula benches, Tauro and Gala chairs, as well as Reverse tables, ensure comfort, ergonomics, and flexibility, accommodating everything from quick interactions to longer engagements and collaborative moments.

Makers Corner and Presentation Area
Designed to foster creativity, sharing, and storytelling, this zone combines more informal and dynamic elements. Seating such as Between and Flex chairs, adaptable tables, support elements like the Laja table, and relaxed features such as Lake poufs contribute to a flexible environment, suitable for both collaborative work and presentations, as well as moments of pause.

Flexibility and Adaptability
Another critical aspect was the integration of modular and adaptable furniture, such as flip-top tables. This solution allows for quick reconfiguration of spaces, supporting different types of events, customer flows, and operational needs.

Design Serving the Experience
More than simply filling a space, the furniture at FidExperience was designed to guide behaviors, facilitate interactions, and reinforce brand identity. Each piece contributes to a more human, intuitive, and memorable experience.

At Vector Mais, we believe corporate interior design should go beyond aesthetics, it should create real value for brands and the people who experience them. This project is a clear example of that integrated approach, where architecture, furniture, and experience come together as a cohesive whole.
