Three Vector Mais Projects Among the Finalists for the 2026 Real Estate Awards

AstraZeneca, BNP Paribas and Euronext are the three projects involving Vector Mais selected as finalists in the Interior Architecture – Offices category at the 8th edition of the Real Estate Awards, organised by Expresso and SIC Notícias.

From Lisbon to Porto, the three projects offer different approaches to contemporary workplaces, bringing together architecture, functionality and identity while addressing distinct construction challenges.

AstraZeneca: a Workplace Hub with a Portuguese Identity

Located in the Báltico Building in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, AstraZeneca’s new hub occupies approximately 5,000 m² across six floors, with capacity for around 750 people.

Delivered under a Design & Build model by CBRE | Turner & Townsend, with a concept by Gensler, the project combines different work environments with references to Portuguese culture. The integration of materials, colour, artwork and tiles by Viúva Lamego gives the space a distinctive identity. Vector Mais was responsible for the construction, overseeing the execution of the architectural solutions, finishes and building services.

BNP Paribas: Spaces for Different Ways of Working

Located in Parque das Nações, BNP Paribas Hub is part of the EXEO campus, which comprises the Aura, Echo and Lumnia buildings. The project responds to the needs of a large organisation, bringing together workspaces, meeting rooms, collaborative areas, social spaces and event facilities.

With an interior architecture concept by Openbook, the construction carried out by Vector Mais covered the entire Aura building and three areas of the Lumnia building, spanning more than 16,000 m². The variety of spaces and the balance between areas for focused work and shared activities were central to the delivery of the project.

Euronext: Adapting Heritage Buildings for New Uses

Located in Porto, the historic Pharmacia building has been transformed into Euronext’s new technology and services centre. Spanning approximately 5,300 m² and accommodating around 500 people, the project brings together the identity of a century-old building and the demands of a contemporary workplace.

Vector Mais was responsible for the construction of the new interior spaces, with particular attention to creating diverse environments and areas for collaboration and social interaction. A standout feature is the Food Court, designed as an informal meeting point for teams, where natural light, materials and acoustic solutions contribute to the overall experience of the space. The architecture and design project was developed by Vera Lucena, Architecture & Design Studio.
