As we approach the end of a truly remarkable year, we are delighted to share some of our achievements and most memorable moments from 2025. It was a year of exceptional growth for Vector Mais — we doubled our production and consolidated our position as a trusted partner in the design and construction of innovative and functional workspaces.

Offices have changed more in the past five years than in the previous two decades. The pandemic, hybrid work, evolving employee expectations, a focus on wellbeing, and sustainability are now central factors in how we design workspaces. More than ever, and as the trends for 2026 shaping the future of offices highlight, people remain the most important element—but not the only one.

At the close of a particularly significant year for Vector Mais — marked by the launch and completion of some of the most important projects in our history — we brought our entire team together to celebrate in an atmosphere of camaraderie.

It’s an honor to announce that Cloudflare’s workspace has won the Best Interior Architecture Project – Office Category at the Expresso/SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards 2025.

Next week, on November 5th, 2025, the Expresso/SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards will be presented, and Vector Mais is proud to have two projects shortlisted in the Interior Architecture – Offices category: the Cloudflare workspace (a joint submission with Openbook and Gensler) and the Miranda headquarters (a joint submission with CBRE), both located in Lisbon.

The Sir modular sofa system by Andreu World, designed by Piergiorgio Cazzaniga, was created with both public and private spaces in mind.

Social and collaborative spaces are becoming increasingly important in modern workplaces, and lounge furniture plays a crucial role in shaping these environments. The new Veleta modular sofa, designed by Pearson Lloyd for esPattio, exemplifies how to blend comfort, aesthetics, and flexibility into one cohesive system.

In today’s offices, furniture does more than fill the space – it shapes how people experience their workday. Comfort, functionality, and style are key when selecting pieces that truly bring a space to life. This was precisely the case with Períptero’s Lisbon office, designed and built by Vector Mais.

In modern offices, having versatile furniture that serves multiple functions is essential. The new Dimmer tables by Forma 5 are specifically designed for collaborative spaces and easily adapt to various situations, whether for individual work, meetings, or brainstorming sessions.

Enhancing productivity and reducing noise in open-plan offices was the starting point for Framery's development of its soundproof pods. Designed to provide privacy without losing connection to the surrounding space, these solutions are available in models for one person or in larger versions that can accommodate up to six users.

The selection of furniture for Vector Mais projects is always a meticulous process, conducted in collaboration with the studio that designed the project. This was true for Miranda's new office, where we worked closely with CBRE’s architecture team to choose furniture that aligned with the interior design concept and enhanced the overall experience of the space.

Forma 5, a brand whose systems are widely utilized in projects by Vector Mais, has recently launched M-Next, the latest advancement in desk design.

The furniture department team from Vector Mais attended 3daysofdesign and returned with inspiration and fresh ideas for our office projects. While in Copenhagen, we had the opportunity to explore some of the latest launches from the brands we collaborate with, as well as experience the amazing design atmosphere that enveloped the entire city.

In the EML project at Lagoas Park, furniture plays a crucial role in defining the various areas and creating a welcoming, functional, and inspiring work environment.

The continued search for innovative, sustainable, and comfortable furniture solutions for Vector Mais office projects took us to the Salone del Mobile this year, where we examined the latest offerings from leading brands around the world.

Alphalink, a project management company, has launched a podcast called 'Passa a Dois', which is focused on discussions about the construction industry. The inaugural episode features Duarte Aires, CEO of Vector Mais, who engages in conversation with Jaime Quintas, a founding partner of Alphalink. Catch the whole conversation here.

The BW Energy office, built by Vector Mais and designed by CBRE Portugal, is notable for its natural materials, a subtle color palette, and thoughtfully chosen furniture. Supplied by Vector Mais, the furniture enhances physical and visual comfort while reinforcing the company’s culture. In collaboration with CBRE, the Vector Mais team selected durable pieces with a cohesive design, essential for creating a sustainable and timeless office environment.

In a minimalist office like Floene's, furniture is essential for enhancing comfort and functionality while defining different areas through its strategic placement. This office, built by Vector Mais, which also provided the furniture, emphasizes the employees' experience by featuring a selection of light, timeless, and multifunctional pieces.

Furniture is crucial in finalizing a process developed in collaboration with the client in design and building projects. At NAOS's office in Carnaxide, the furniture elevated the workspace by enhancing comfort and functionality and adding color. By carefully selecting international brands, we successfully furnished all office areas, including the reception, cafeteria, training room, and open space.
