Four Vector Mais projects shortlisted for the 2026 Real Estate Awards

Vector Mais is represented by four projects in the 2026 Real Estate Awards, promoted by Expresso and SIC Notícias, reflecting different approaches to the construction and transformation of workplace environments: AstraZeneca, BNP Paribas, Euronext and Lusitania.

The presence of four projects in this year’s awards recognises the diversity and scale of the projects delivered by Vector Mais, as well as its ability to transform architectural concepts into concrete, functional and technically demanding spaces.

AstraZeneca: a new hub for the contemporary workplace

In Lisbon, AstraZeneca’s new workplace, located in Edifício Báltico, Parque das Nações, spans approximately 5.000 sqm across six floors, with capacity for around 750 employees.

Developed under a Design & Build model by CBRE | Turner & Townsend, with a concept by Gensler, the project combines a contemporary approach to workplace design with references to Portuguese culture. Materials, art, colour and elements such as Viúva Lamego tiles were integrated into a design language that creates a distinctive identity for the new hub. Vector Mais was responsible for the construction, ensuring the implementation of the architectural solutions, finishes and building services that bring the project together.

BNP Paribas: a campus for a new way of working

The new BNP Paribas Hub, at the EXEO campus in Parque das Nações, is one of the largest projects delivered by Vector Mais. The campus encompasses approximately 30.000 sqm across the Aura, Echo and Lumnia buildings, bringing together a large part of BNP Paribas’ teams in Lisbon.

The project responds to different needs of the contemporary workplace, integrating work, collaboration, meeting, social and event spaces. Vector Mais was responsible for the fit-out of the Aura building and three areas of the Lumnia building, covering more than 16.000 sqm, with architectural design by Openbook.

Lusitania: reconfiguring the workplace

Lusitania’s new headquarters in Lisbon represents another approach to the transformation of a corporate environment. The project involved the reconfiguration of the workspaces, creating more flexible and functional environments adapted to different ways of working.

Vector Mais was responsible for the construction, implementing the solutions defined for the new office and coordinating the different building services involved in the project. Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for the office design, in an intervention that highlights the importance of close coordination between design, construction and the needs of the end user.

Euronext: between heritage and innovation

In Porto, the transformation of the historic Pharmacia building gave rise to Euronext’s new technology and services centre. With approximately 5.300 sqm and capacity for around 500 people, the project preserves the identity of a century-old building while introducing new solutions to meet the demands of the contemporary workplace.

Vector Mais’ intervention included the construction of the new workplace, where collaboration and social spaces play a central role. Among them is the Food Court, conceived as an informal meeting point and a space connecting teams, with warm materials, natural light and integrated acoustic solutions.

The project’s architecture and design were developed by Vera Lucena, Architecture & Design Studio, and represent an example of how rehabilitation can reconcile a building’s heritage with new requirements for its use.

Four projects, different challenges

Vector Mais’ presence at the 2026 Real Estate Awards brings together four projects with distinct characteristics, but with one common element: the ability to transform ambitious concepts into concrete spaces through rigorous execution and close coordination between all the teams involved.

From Lisbon to Porto, from new corporate hubs to the transformation of historic buildings, AstraZeneca, BNP Paribas, Lusitania and Euronext represent different dimensions of Vector Mais’ work and the diverse challenges involved in creating contemporary workplaces.

The nominations for the 2026 Real Estate Awards are also an opportunity to highlight the work carried out every day by Vector Mais’ teams and partners.
